HubIT Networking Session brings together the ICT and Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) community from H2020 projects for a more responsible approach to research an innovation. The second HubIT Networking session will happen at ICT 2018: Imagine Digital – Connect Europe!

Are you an ICT expert?

• Increase your profits by finding out what people expect from your innovation and if your product will be well-received
• Get in touch with social sciences and humanities experts (researchers, sociologists, lawyers, anthropologists, economists, etc.) for a micro and qualitative analysis, consultancy and networking

• Step into the world of interdisciplinarity and create new opportunities by initiating collaboration with ICT stakeholders

• Make suggestions what societal challenges and how should be considered in the next H2020 programme

WIN FREE FLIGHT AND ACCOMODATION FOR THE NEXT ICT EVENT!
A participant of the HubIT Networking Session in ICT 2018 will be randomly selected to go to the ICT Proposers’ Day 2019. All flight and accommodation expenses will be taken care by the HubIT Project.

How does a HubIT Networking Session work?

You will have three 10-minutes sessions at your disposal to meet with potential partners. To participate please register on the HubIT Metropolis Social Dashboard, create an account, describe what you offer and what you are looking for. By doing that you invest a bit of your precious time, but this is the way how you can find right people to meet up at the event.

• Create an account on the HubIT Metropolis;
• Register for the HubIT Networking Session;
• Go to the section “My Meetings” (you need to be logged in);
• On “My Meetings” you shall check a maximum of three participants who you’d like to meet with and just click “invite!”. The meeting is confirmed if the people accept your invitation;
• You will also receive invitations. If you are interested just click on “accept!”;
• On the 5th of December you will receive to your email your final meetings schedule;
• On December 6th please arrive to the meeting room between 11-11:30.

Please register to the platform and to the networking session and manage your meetings until the 5th of December 2019 at 3 PM.
