11. June 2024, Taastrup (Denmark): PEDAL Consulting, s.r.o., together with six consortium partners from Europe, launched a new initiative “Building innovation procurement capabilities in Big Science”. Over the following 3 years, the project is set to advance the capabilities and effectiveness of innovation procurement within Big Science Organisations. For its implementation, the European Commission allocated the sum of € 998,852.50 under its Horizon Europe programme.

  • Integrating innovative procurement practices into BSOs, as well as standardisation of these practices across the Big Science market.
  • Motivating start-ups and SMEs from all over Europe to participate in Big Science innovation procurement processes.
