PEDAL Consulting s.r.o. is looking for a motivated and dedicated EU Project Manager (Slovak-speaking) to join our team full-time. The person will work from home but we request him/her to have a permanent residence in Slovakia due to applicable law.

PEDAL Consulting s.r.o. (https://www.pedal-consulting.eu/) is an innovation management consultancy specialized in EU grants and tenders. PEDAL is a leading national performer in terms of number of approved EU H2020 and COSME projects amongst SMEs.

Job Profile:

As Project Manager at PEDAL Consulting you will

• Implement approved EU funded projects (H2020, COSME, Erasmus+, LIFE, EEA grants, etc.)
• Represent PEDAL Consulting at meetings and events all around Europe (approximately 15 trips per year on average for 1 or 2 nights)
• Conceptualise, organise, manage and implement different formats of events and publications
• Liaise with a variety of stake-holders for the different activities of PEDAL Consulting
• Analyse, research and report on a wide variety of European policy issues
• Conduct a variety of administrative tasks

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in EU project management is mandatory
• Previous experience in H2020 projects is an asset
• Demonstrable experience in leading bid/proposal processes and managing bid/proposal teams for the EU institutions in response to calls for tenders for services is an asset

Skills

• Slovak mother tongue
• Fluency in English
• Well-organised, practical-minded and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
• Clear, concise and accurate writing skills in English, including the ability to review and edit the work of others
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• An independent, self-starter personality with a commitment to quality
• Highly motivated, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially MS Word)
