PEDAL, with partners based in the UK and Estonia, have been appointed by the Centre for Process Innovation UK (CPI) to provide Bid Development Services under the Framework of its European Schemes. This comes against a backdrop of a strong track record of previous successes in similar efforts where PEDAL has been contracted to provide a similar set of services to government services including the Ministries of the Environment in Slovakia and Lithuania.

The contract will be carried out by a pan-EU consortium led by PEDAL (www.pedal-consulting.eu) , together with  Minerva Communications UK (https://www.minervacomms.net/) and Civitta Eesti AS Estonia (https://civitta.com/). All consortium partners have a successful track record in winning calls and securing European funding.

The following services will be provided by the consortium to CPI:

• Providing end-to-end proposal development support, from conception to submission.
• Co-ordinating concept development in line with the requirements of specific calls.
• Building consortia and defining roles
• Leading on drafting all new proposals for European funded calls.
• Reviewing and making recommendations on proposals already drafted
• Responding to reviewers’ comments and supporting preparations for interviews.
