Last year, many of the strategic moves we had been preparing finally came to life. Our second transition year focused on strengthening the company’s investor readiness. We successfully advanced across several strategic areas while continuing to deliver impactful European projects together with our partners. At the same time, we kept doing what we do best – supporting collaboration across Europe and turning ambitious project ideas into real, working solutions.
Strong financial and market performance
In 2025, PEDAL Consulting recorded the highest profit in the company’s history. We confirmed the strength and sustainability of our business model as our portfolio of European projects continues to grow.
Our market position also strengthened further. Based on official data confirmed by the Slovak Liaison Office for Research and Development (SLORD), PEDAL Consulting remains the leading small and medium-sized enterprise in Slovakia. As well as one of the most active in Central and Eastern Europe in terms of successfully implemented Horizon Europe projects.

Better processes, smoother operations
Internally, 2025 was also about making the company stronger and more efficient. The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is now fully integrated into our daily operations, supported by our Internal Playbook and improved workflows.
Thanks to clearer processes and stronger internal ownership, the company now operates largely through established systems and empowered teams. All this enables the reduction of dependency on direct day-to-day management.
Celebrating successful project closures
Another highlight of the year was the successful completion of several long-running European projects. In total, seven major initiatives reached their final milestones, delivering tangible results across Europe:

Active presence in Europe
Throughout 2025, our team remained highly active across Europe, participating in major conferences, exhibitions and stakeholder events. Meeting partners, innovators, policymakers and practitioners in person continues to be essential for building strong consortia and delivering projects that make a real difference.
The next chapter already taking shape
As we move into the next year, we look forward not only to launching new projects but also to opening discussions around new strategic partnerships. We aspire to expand our activities further into commercial innovation services.
